This page explains how revamp.top ("this site") handles information when you visit. The site is static: pages are generated at build time, the server runs no application logic, and there are no user accounts.

What we collect

There is no sign-up and we do not ask for your name, phone number or address. If you email us, we use what you send only to answer your question. We do not sell it and we do not use it for anything else.

Server logs

The server hosting this site keeps ordinary access logs: time of request, page requested, referring page, browser type and IP address. These are used to diagnose faults and prevent abuse, and they rotate out on the hosting provider's standard retention schedule.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. The state of the filter bench lives in the URL, not in a cookie. Third-party advertising and analytics services may set cookies in your browser, as described below.

Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

This site shows advertising through Google AdSense, which funds the time spent documenting repairs. The details:

Children

The content here is written for adults who already know one end of a soldering iron from the other. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated policy.
